First Class Engineering Solutions

Our engineering teams are specialised in passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversions and composite product engineering for our internal and external customers. We develop lightweight components and modules being weight- and cost-optimized, and provide customer-specific P2F adaptations and certified solutions covering the whole conversion process. Our privileges in regard to design, justification, certification and more fully pay off in the services we can provide to our customers.

Our competences

As an EASA and CASA approved Part 21J design organization, we have the privilege to approve certain minor or major aircraft modifications and repairs. As such we are able to approve majority of our engineering solutions under our own privilege.
Our P2F conversion teams deal with cabin and fuselage design changes as well as their static and fatigue justifications complemented by our mechanical and electrical aircraft system adaptations.
Our composite solutions teams deal with all aspects and challenges of lightweight component development. Our cabin solutions are always designed to make the difference.
