You can bring your studies onto the runway with us. Through internships, as a working student, or within a thesis project, we offer exciting insights into aviation and various specialized fields, from engineering and components to logistics, finance, HR and IT.

Student-Internships

Our interns are valued team members with their own tasks and projects. This setup allows you to gain comprehensive insights into our work while we benefit from your strengths and skills.

To ensure this level of independence and integration into our teams, internships typically last between three and six months. We offer both mandatory internships and voluntary placements, such as during semester breaks or study leave.

Please include a current enrollment certificate with your application, along with any documentation showing the mandatory internship requirement within your study program. Students receive compensation in line with collective agreements at our company.

Working Students at EFW

As a working student, you dive into our daily operations during your studies, providing valuable support to our teams across various departments - from Engineering and Components to Logistics, Finance, and IT.

A position as a working student can be an excellent opportunity before embarking on a thesis or after completing an internship with us.

Writing a thesis at EFW

Embark on your Bachelor's or Master's thesis at EFW, where you'll engage in applied work that directly contributes to practical outcomes. Our focus areas for thesis projects include development, assembly and logistics, planning and production control, as well as quality management.

Throughout your project, a company supervisor will assist you in defining your topic and structuring your work and schedule. Prior experience through an internship or working student position at EFW can be advantageous in this regard.

  2. Our feedback

    After reviewing your application documents, we will get back to you with feedback.

  3. Invitation to an interview

    Our interviews take place in person, so we can get to know each other better and give you a direct insight into our working environment. If you do not live in the Dresden area, we can also conduct the interview digitally.

  4. Feedback

    After conducting all the interviews planned for the position, we will get back to you with feedback.
